PharmaReady Software Trainer & Product SpecialistOverview TAKE Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Pharmaready Software Trainer & Product Specialist to join our team working in our Raleigh, North Carolina office. This individual will become a subject matter expert in our PharmaReady product suite. Duties include but are not limited to; provide web-based and on-site customer product training, as well as on-site validation (testing). Provide product demonstrations for new and future customers. Provide pre and post sales 1st tier product support via phone and email. In addition to the standard duties, we are looking for this individual to assist in ensuring the continued quality of our product by assisting our Quality Assurance testing team in developing and executing use-case, specification, validation, and bug test cases when time permits. Review and update product and training documentation, as well as provide insight to future product enhancements based on customer and market needs. Travel Required: 25% to 50% Required Skills
