PharmaReady™ Customers have the ability to contact support for implementation or usage questions in a variety of methods. Software feature enhancements and maintenance releases are provided to licensed Customers.

Your support options include:

  • Telephone Hot-line: PharmaReady telephone help desk is available for calls during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST)
  • Email Support: Support requests can be submitted via email 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  • Customer Support Site: Customers are given access to the PharmaReady Customer Support Site with release notes, product documentation, FAQs, and other pertinent information.
  • Maintenance Releases: Updates for functional issues are periodically released to licensed Customers.
  • Solution Upgrades: Support for upgrading solutions is provided to meet the Customer's changing business needs.
  • Technology Consulting: Consulting on changes to server platforms, like upgrading from a single PharmaReady Server to a dedicated database server, is provided as requested.
